Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday or Holidays. Please use "Contact Us" if you require emergency order fulfillment with overnight service. Shipping is quoted at the UPS Ground rate. If you prefer a different carrier, please specify on your order.
Shipping Cost --
Staples are heavy. The typical carton weighs 25lbs. All "smaller" shipments (12 cartons or less) are shipped UPS unless other arrangements are made with your preferred carrier. All costs are billed to the customer at the actual amount incurred.
Large orders (those above 12 cartons) we will package on a pallet and use a freight carrier, unless you specifically ask the order be broken into smaller boxes. Orders requiring more than 3 boxes to fulfill will likely incur and additional nominal fee to cover packaging. Freight charges will also be added to the customer invoice at cost.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
