PLEASE NOTE - THE COVID-19 CRISIS HAS IMPACTED DELIVERY TIMES AND SPEED OF SHIPMENTS. WHILE THE MAJOR CARRIERS ARE NOT GUARANTEEING TRANSIT TIMES, UPS AND USPS SEEM TO BE NEAR REGULAR. FREIGHT LINES ARE BOTTLENECKED AND HAVE BEEN TAKING ONE TO THREE DAYS LONGER THAN NORMAL.
Getting our products to you involves shipping. There are multiple factors involved in sending equipment and supplies through carriers such as UPS and freight companies and we want you to understand a few things about how we ship.
First, depending on what you order, we have a variety of different packages designed to securely protect your order. While a few products, if ordered separately, are light enough to show shipping costs based upon your location, most orders contain staple cartons which weigh approximately 25lbs each. We can only ship up to 4 cartons in one box before we reach the weight limit determined by UPS.
Since orders usually consist of staple guns and staples, we have to use multiple boxes to ship your products and estimating that shipping cost accurately works well if the shipment is light enough for UPS, but ground freight may be economical for large orders.
For this reason, if you are ordering more than 10 cartons of staples, we will compare freight cost for a common carrier and contact you about the shipment.
Most importantly, please contact us if you have any questions or if you encounter an issue when entering your order 502-353-4081. We are happy to help.
If you have a UPS account or preferred vendor and would like us to ship using your account, please note this on your order or email us at [email protected] .
